Services

We partner with communities as an objective, outside collaborator to strengthen multidisciplinary approaches to safety and security. Together, we identify the resources needed to meet community expectations and develop practical strategies that help organizations work together toward shared outcomes.

We help organizations build or strengthen threat assessment and management programs that fit their mission, culture, and resources. Our goal is to create sustainable processes grounded in accepted research and professional standards rather than one-size-fits-all models.

We assist organizations with complex or high-concern cases by reviewing available information, identifying additional areas for inquiry, and developing practical management strategies consistent with professional standards.

We examine school and community safety from a systems perspective. Rather than focusing on compliance with a standardized physical security audit, we evaluate how organizational goals, multidisciplinary partnerships, program design, resource allocation, and operational practices work together to create safe and secure environments. Our reviews are intended to complement—not replace—required physical security assessments.

We assist law enforcement agencies, school districts, and community partners in developing or refining school-based law enforcement programs. Together, we establish program goals, organizational structure, data collection processes, and methods for evaluating program effectiveness.

We develop and deliver training for law enforcement, educators, behavioral health professionals, Peer Support Professionals, and other community stakeholders. Our programs are designed to strengthen collaboration, improve decision-making, and create better outcomes for youth and adults. When appropriate, we utilize the Behavioral Threat Assessment (BETA) model, an evidence-based training program developed by Joseph Wright in 2009.

We review organizational policies and standard operating procedures to provide clients with an objective assessment of how written policy aligns with actual practice. Our recommendations emphasize clarity, practicality, and long-term sustainability. As with all of our work, a client's legal counsel has the final authority in adopting policies and procedures.

The items above represent some of the key areas where we can provide support. If you have a related need or a challenge that isn't listed, we welcome the opportunity to discuss how we may be able to help you.
