Our Approach

Joseph Wright Consulting is a small consulting practice that works in concert with clients to collaboratively address complex safety challenges. We assist school districts, law enforcement agencies, employers and individuals who recognize they want to partner with an outside agent who can provide assistance in resolving their concerns. 

 

Our goal is to work alongside our clients to create individualized solutions that meet the needs of the client in a lasting way that fits into their organization’s culture and identity. Our process starts and finishes with a relationship with our client.

Our work is based on accepted research and best practices in violence prevention, school safety, behavioral threat management, and community policing. We believe effective solutions are multidisciplinary, practical, and sustainable. The goal is not simply to solve today's problem, but to help clients build systems that continue working long after our consultation has ended.
